Because I’ve been in the depths of despair and I’ve managed to get myself out of it. 

So I stand before you happier, more fulfilled and satisfied than I’ve ever been. 

So how did I get out of my dark days? My tough times? 

Exercise, nutrition. Focus on a future. Create and design the future that you want to live into.

Don’t get stuck in the what you have, the now.

Definitely don’t get stuck in your past, because the past is the past. 

We have to create and design a future. A compelling and exciting future. 

That’s what’s going to have you get out of those tough times. 

It’s about really, really focusing on the future. Just daydreaming about the future.

What is it that you really want?

Get clear. Get help and get focused on the future that you really, really want for yourself and your life.
